About the Book

6eydzr7ay

What was your motivation for writing this book? I see a lot of people who have gone through what I have in the past. I did not know that other problems in life can cause additional problems in life. I did not know that God was there all of the time. I realized that blocking my emotions and feelings contributed to the unhappiness that I felt with the weight going up and down. I did not have a problem with losing or gaining weight; it was how I felt that never changed. Now that I know the truth, I wanted to share it with others who have experienced the same things I did.

Tell us some of the factors that make your book unique. Straight to the point – go to God through Jesus with the issue and stop trying to work it out on your own. Meditation, Prayers and Journal available so the reader can start right away; successful meal plans and a means to an end of the vicious cycle of dieting.

What is the single most important thing that readers of your book will be able to do after reading your book that they could not do before? The ability to face the truth about the issue of dieting – it does not work!

Is there local or regional relevance for your book? It is universal.

What emotions does your book evoke from readers? Happy, sad, fear, gratefulness, and confidence.

Are there any controversial elements in your book? If the reader does not believe in God and Jesus Christ, then of course it is.

In researching your book, did you come across any surprising facts, figures or statistics? None that were not already available. Sometimes, the truth is right in our face and we do not want to see it.

If your book were for sale in a major bookstore, in what section would it be found? Self-Help; Health and Wellness

What did you learn while writing this book? That I truly love what God and Jesus mean to me.

What one thing about writing do you wish other non-writers would understand? That it has to come from the heart otherwise it is a waste of time.

What are three things you wish you’d known before you reached where you are now? That I could have committed my self to God through Jesus a long time ago; that it is OK for me to really love myself; that other peoples’ opinion of me is none of my business.

How and why does your book differ from books of a similar topic? I get straight to the point other books do not – too much repetitive information.

What would you like your readers to take away from your book? That they can live freely and stop dieting by adopting a healthy lifestyle.

If you could change one thing you did during your road to publication, what would it be and what would you have done different? I would not have procrastinated and published earlier.

What advice would you give an aspiring author? Do it! Finish it!
